Individual Therapy with Marv

I am a seasoned psychotherapist with 45-plus years of experience. I realize that the people who come to see me have somehow lost a sense of connection with their heart and their creative self. That disconnection causes a host of problems that interfere with living a good life.

I am available to discuss your questions about any of the problems you may be facing. Because I am experienced in many different therapeutic styles, I will be able to tailor our work to your unique needs. I will bring to our work a wealth of experience in family therapy, individual therapy, psychodrama, Bioenergetics, Gestalt therapy, hypnotherapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), as well as extensive training in classical psychodynamic theory and practice. I trained with Fritz Perls and Virginia Satir among many others. Though I do not do spiritual counseling, I bring 30 years of personal spiritual practice to our conversation.

My fee for individual work is $120 for a one-hour session.  I am not on the panels of any insurance companies, but sometimes they will pay a portion of the cost. Let’s talk about insurance over the phone.
